Please read this information carefully and save for future reference
The online submission process will ask for the names and information of the PRIMARY PRESENTER and CO-PRESENTER. Each of these categories is defined below.
PRIMARY PRESENTER: This individual is the person submitting the information online, will be listed first in the brochure along with a headshot and will receive (1) complimentary registration for the conference on June 11-12, 2020. Primary presenters are responsible for communicating all deadlines and procedures to co-presenters.
CO-PRESENTER: This individual is committed to attending and assisting with the session and registering and paying for the conference. Individuals should be included as co-presenters ONLY if they will be presenting or assisting with the session. Co-presenters are responsible for registering for the conference by March 31, 2020 (fee required). Co-presenters who do not register by the deadline will not be listed in the program. No changes in status will be possible after the March 31, 2020 deadline.
THE PRESENTATION TITLE: Your title may be a maximum of 8 words. A good title captures readers’ attention and clearly previews session content.
THE SESSION DESCRIPTION: The Session Description will appear in the conference brochure and will be used by participants as they choose sessions to attend. It should be concise and clear. This description should not exceed 3 sentences and must provide information on what participants will gain from attending your session.
THE SESSION LEARNING OBJECTIVES: Clearly indicate the benefits attendees should expect as a result of participating in the session.
THE PRESENTATION CONTENT: Provide detail about how your session will showcase FAST tools being used to support participant learning. This description is used to determine acceptance for the conference program. Therefore, it should be carefully prepared.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PROPOSAL RECEIPT: Once you submit your proposal, you should receive an e-mail message within minutes acknowledging its receipt. If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact Danielle Burnett at 651-353-2689 or email@example.com.
PRESENTATION ROOM SET-UP: All presentation rooms will be set up in classroom style. FastBridge Learning will provide an LCD projector, laptop computer, screen, microphone and internet access in each of the presentation rooms. Any additional audio visual or room set-up requests will need to be communicated to firstname.lastname@example.org by March 16, 2020.
HANDOUTS: Session materials and any accompanying documents will be posted to the conference website for participants. If physical copies are desired, presenters are responsible for providing those physical copies. Final session slide decks and any additional documents are required to be submitted to email@example.com by May 1, 2020 to be posted online and loaded on conference computers prior to the event.
